Let your imagination run wild with our "Create Your Own Cocktail" option. For just 8 to 12€, you can mix and match your favorite flavors and ingredients to craft a drink that's uniquely yours. It’s the perfect way to enjoy your favorite tastes in a whole new way.

Signature Cocktails

We’re proud to showcase a selection of signature cocktails, each with its own story and inspiration. Here are some highlights:

• Mama Sweet Bourbon (10€): Crafted by our bartender Mariana, this sour cocktail draws inspiration from childhood memories. It balances the rich flavors of bourbon with fresh juices and ginger. Ingredients: bourbon whiskey, orange juice, mint-infused carrot juice, ginger syrup, orange bitters, and citrus foam.

• Citrus Hell (10€): A refreshing, spicy cocktail by our bartender Joyce. Ideal for gin lovers looking for something beyond the usual tonic. Ingredients: citrus gin, orange juice, pepper cordial, and cloves.

• Firmino's Coffee (10€): A potent twist on the classic espresso martini. This version includes tequila and vanilla liqueur for added depth and sweetness.

• Hibiscus Club (9€): Another creation by Joyce, this cocktail is a variation of the clover club, featuring hibiscus syrup instead of raspberry, topped with a delightful hibiscus foam.

• Hawai Fresh (9€): Born from one of our workshops, this cocktail combines melon and coconut liqueurs with lime for a balanced and refreshing drink. The name was suggested by one of our guests.

• Brazilian Moscow Mule (9€): Created by bartender Marcelo Serrano, this cocktail was adapted from the classic Moscow Mule when ginger beer wasn't available. It features ginger syrup, lime, soda, and a ginger foam, a trendsetter in Brazilian and global mixology.

• Chef's Suggestion (10€): Enjoy a different surprise cocktail each month, handpicked by our chef.

• GH Detox (6€): Available in two flavors, perfect for those who enjoy a light, refreshing drink without alcohol. One version includes pineapple juice, green tea, homemade ginger syrup, lime, mint, and soda. The other features red fruits, sugar syrup, hibiscus tea, lime juice, and soda.
